What's New on homePCnetwork.com

In Software...we've added a review for KaVoom! Software KVM switch. This sleek utility allows you to easily control a number of computers from a single monitor, keyboard and mouse. Unlike most KVM hardware solutions, there is no physical limit created by cable lengths to stop you from controlling computers anywhere in the house. With great performance and a low price, KaVoom! wins a homePCnetwork.com Editor's Best Buy award. 07/06/07

In Games...we've posted a review of Call of Duty 2, a first-person shooter game. Great World War II action. 06/01/07

In Software...we've posted a quick comment on one of our recent favorites. The folks over at BIDCOM Technologies have worked hard to make sure their product, SyncCell, works with Vista and the new Office 2007. This is simply a great product that syncs your cell phone with Outlook and similar programs. The application is such a great deal, we've given it a homePCnetwork Editor's Best Buy award. Check it out here. 01/24/07

In Software...we've provided some initial, quick thoughts on the new Microsoft Windows Vista operating system. Bottom line: from a home networking perspective, Vista is impressive. Whether it's got enough features to justify the upgrade and full retail costs, is another questions. BUT - if you're looking for easier home networking, Vista does deliver. Check out more from Microsoft here. 01/23/07
