Need for Speed: Porsche Unleashed

I know, it is a little late for this review but it may help you. After all, you can probably find this game in the bargain bin at the local computer or game store for $10 and still have a lot of fun.

Looking for a racing game? Want to drive the legendary Porsche? Then this is for you. And with a cheat code (see bottom for the cheat code, cheater) you can get chased by police cars (like in Hot Pursuit by Electronic Arts, another Need for Speed game).

I like championship racing, in other words, contests you enter choosing cars that you bought. There is a way to make money other than entering contests but I won't tell you. Anyway, test driver mode isn't that fun, it's kind of hard, like doing a 360 and finishing in the time period.

I like that you can race fast and it is fairly easy to win. I wish the steering was better though.

Multiplayer is fun. Of course, I can tell you one thing: to get all cars and tracks, go to multiplayer and click "peer to peer," then click "create."

Here is the cheat code and how to use it. Go to the "select player" screen, click on the name you want to put the code in. Then click "new player," type in this code: fuzzyfuz. Then click "create." Note: Police will only appear in quick race mode, and they may not be on all tracks. Warning: The code will not come out; it is permanent to your player.

Summary

Overall this is a great game. Fun is its name. I give this game an A rating.
