Age of Mythology is the best game reviewed so far in the Adam’s Corner section of homePCnetwork.com. Unlike the other reviews, I like everything in this game. The campaign, the random map mode, the multiplayer mode…everything!!!!!!! Lets discuss the campaign mode first. You play as a hero named Arkantos. He goes through mythological places, such as the underworld, and events in history such as the Trojan War. He is a Greek hero who gets to go to Greece, Egypt, and travel to the land of the Norse. Through all of these places, you must meet objectives of the game, such as winning a battle or digging up an artifact. The story is fun too. Random map is where you choose game settings, map, and your god. (Zeus, Poseidon, Hades, Ra, Set, Isis, Odin, Thor and Loki.) Then start playing. Multiplayer is fun, either on the Internet or on a local area network (LAN). You play with other people online. Once you are in, it’s the other player’s game to control what happens.
